Bears Ears Inn Terms and Conditions

  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
  2. We are a non-smoking property and there will be no smoking allowed in closed areas or near the rooms. Any smoking in the room will incur an automatic $200 fee.
  3. No pets are allowed on property. A $200 fee will be charged to any room that did not register a pet during check-in.
  4. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  5. Damage will be charged (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others) that the guest may cause during their stay.
  6. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
  7. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  8. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
  9. The pool may be used only during available hours. No lifeguard is on duty.

Bears Ears Inn Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully


  • Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to your reservation.
  • Cancellations made 2 days or less before your stay will be subject to a charge of the first nights stay and all applicable taxes.
  • If a guest decides to leave early, the guest must provide a 24 hour notice before their departure to not incur any fees. Any nights that are within the 24 hour notice period will be charged.
  • In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
